 Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service using GDS systems (mandatory).
• Research and resolve customer inquiries regarding their trips in progress.
• Manage flight, car, and hotel reservations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Offer quick and effective solutions to inquiries or issues.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure a comprehensive and high-quality services.

Requirements:

• High school diploma (or equivalent).
• Native or bilingual (mandatory).
• Extensive knowledge of reservations through Sabre.(mandatory).
• Strong customer service orientation and vocation.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Work modality:

• 8-hour workdays, 5 days a week.
• Hybrid work model (combination of in-office and remote work).

 We are looking for an experienced Database Cloud Architect with advanced skills in AWS and cloud database infrastructure, ready to lead strategic projects and drive innovation in a dynamic and growing environment. 

Requirements:

• 5+ years of cloud database architecture experience.
• Knowledge of AWS (Redshift, Snowflake, Glue, S3, DynamoDB, Lambda).
• Strong performance optimization and data security skills.
• Scripting experience using Python, Bash, or Terraform.
• Intermediate to advanced level of technical English.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Experience with the tourism industry and GDS systems.
• AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, Data Engineer, etc.).
• Knowledge of microservices and distributed architectures.
