Search - Senior Contact Center Agent

 Responsibilities:

  • Provide optimal customer service using GDS (Global Distribution System) systems.
  • Research and resolve customer inquiries related to flights, cars, and hotels.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring a prompt and effective resolution of concerns.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma.
  • Professional proficiency in English (bilingual level).
  • Extensive knowledge of the booking workflow for flights, cars, and hotels through the Sabre system.
  • Service-oriented mindset and customer focus.

Work modality:

  • 8-hour workdays, 5 days a week.
  • Hybrid work model (combination of in-office and remote work).
